Pickup orders

We collect the name, email address, phone number and pickup note you provide to prepare your order, contact you about that order and process payment. Order and payment information is securely handled through Square. Soul Bowl Eats does not receive or store your full card number.

Remembering your details

If you select “Remember my pickup details on this device,” a first-party cookie stores your first name, last name, email address and phone number for 180 days so the checkout can fill them in next time. This is optional, is not used to track you across websites and should be enabled only on a private device. Pickup notes and payment-card details are never stored in this cookie.

You can remove it anytime by choosing “Forget saved details” during checkout or clearing cookies for this website.

Marketing choice

The marketing checkbox is separate, optional and unchecked by default. If you select it and complete payment, we record your first name, email address, consent date, consent wording version and related order reference so Soul Bowl Eats can send email offers and menu news. This choice does not include SMS marketing.

Marketing emails must identify Soul Bowl Eats and provide an easy unsubscribe option. We retain the consent record while we rely on it and retain a minimal suppression record when needed to honour an unsubscribe request.

Your choices

You can place an order without asking us to remember your details and without joining marketing. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe option in a promotional email.
